In addition to being nominated as the San Diego Business Journal’s CFO Of The Year for three consecutive years, she has participated in the California Real Estate Women’s Leadership Series, where she was one of six panelists chosen to discuss her prominent role in the community. As a representative of JPR, Lindsey is also a member of the San Diego Chamber of Commerce.
Lauren Bostwick, Regional Managing Director, Randstad Professionals
With more than 15 years of management and recruiting experience, Lauren is a skilled leader, currently serving as the Regional Managing Director for Randstad Professionals, a $22 billion global provider of HR services. Prior to joining Randstad, Lauren worked in executive leadership roles at other top recruiting firms.
Robert “Bob” Copeland, Partner, Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, LLP
As a partner in the corporate practice group of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton’s San Diego office, Bob focuses on finance, securities, and real estate, as well as mergers and acquisitions. In addition to helping business owners with liquidity solution financing, he has served as an expert witness in several litigations involving complex partnerships and tax disputes.

With more than 16 years of experience in structuring, executing, and managing student and auto loan asset-backed securitizations and warehouse financing structures, Ryan is also responsible for capital markets, investor relations, financial planning, analysis, accounting, tax, and information technology. Prior, he was a Senior Financial Analyst for Capital One’s internet auto division and an Accounting Manager for PeopleFirst. He began his career as an auditor for PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
