Beth is a seasoned financial professional, known for collaborating across functions and partnering with business leaders to drive bottom line results and improvement. She has spent the last six years as a fractional CFO for several smaller marketing agencies where she provides business, pricing, analysis, administrative, financial, and human resources support, along with operational input. Prior, Beth spent more than 20 years at Carlson in a variety of roles in the marketing and hotel divisions, as well as in the corporate area. In her free time, Beth is actively involved with several non-profit organizations.
Lynn Blake, CFO, Tactile Medical
Currently the CFO of Tactile Medical, Lynn has also served in this role at Taylor-Wharton International LLC and Analysts International Corporation, which was later sold to American CyberSystems Inc. In addition, she has held senior financial leadership positions at Entegris, Inc., MTS Systems Corporation, and Honeywell International Inc.Steve Gfroerer, CFO, Cobb Strecker Dunphy & Zimmerman, Inc
As CFO for Cobb Strecker Dunphy & Zimmermann, Inc., Steve leads the finance, human resources, and administrative teams. Prior, he was in public accounting, providing assurance and audit services to clients in the construction industry. He is a licensed CPA and an active member in the AICPA and MNCPA, where he currently serves on the Business and Advisory Group.
Steve received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, with a minor in Economics, from Saint John’s University.
Michael Levitt, Financial Advisor, Merrill Lynch
As a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, Michael helps to establish and execute each client’s personalized wealth management strategy and works with companies on their plan designs and employee engagement. He also assists plan sponsors in understanding their roles as fiduciaries and supports them by offering a process in line with ERISA standards and Department of Labor regulations.

Angela Lurie, Senior Regional Vice President, Robert Half Management Resources
Angela Lurie is a senior regional vice president of Robert Half in the Twin Cities. In this role, she oversees multiple lines of business, including Accountemps, OfficeTeam, Robert Half Finance & Accounting and Robert Half Management Resources in IA, MN and NE. Her teams are currently ranked the number one and number two sales teams in the world, company-wide. Angela has more than 17 years of experience in the staffing industry. She began her career with Robert Half Management Resources in Minneapolis as a client service director. Prior to her staffing career, Angela was a senior auditor at KPMG LLP. She is a board member of the Minneapolis chapter of Financial Executives Institute (FEI). Angela is a certified public accountant (CPA). She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and her MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Kate Pope, CFO, Manna Freight Systems, Inc.
Currently serving as the CFO of Manna Freight Systems since 2013, Kate also has 16 years of experience in a variety of financial and operational roles at North American Membership Group (NAMG), ranging from Controller to CFO. In addition, she spent 7 years at Deloitte and held both staff and audit manager positions.
Kate is a CPA (inactive), as well as a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. She is also a member of both the Minnesota Society of CPAs and the AICPA and is a past board member of Volunteers of America.
Mark Roepke, Director, RSM
Responsible for developing and expanding client relationships across a variety of industries and ownership structures, Mark has 25 years of experience helping a variety of companies, ranging from early stage to publicly traded. Prior, he spent 14 years working in the business consulting and technology industries.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
Suzanne Shaner, Midwest International Expansion Director, Radius
Currently serving as a Midwest International Expansion Director at Radius, Suzanne specializes in global growth for midmarket companies, as well as large company carve outs. She began her career as a CPA in the audit practice of Deloitte in Chicago and also worked at Baxter International, where she performed actuarial analysis of the company's self-insured program and was a liaison between corporate finance and the General Counsel’s office for both litigation liabilities and the spin-off of Caremark. As a consultant, she has worked with the finance and accounting departments of some of the largest companies in the Chicago area.
Suzanne holds a Masters degree in Accountancy from DePaul University and Bachelor of Science in Music from the University of Illinois.
