Jon is a senior finance and operations executive with a career underscored by significant contributions in generating strong top-line and bottom-line results. Most recently, he served as the CFO of POMS & Associates Insurance Brokers and, prior to that position, he was Finance Leader at Zurich Financial Services, Corporate Controller at Zurich Small Business, and Finance Director at Farmers Group, Inc.,Small Business Insurance. He is also a member of ExecRank, where he published and presented “Understanding and Accurately Presenting Financial Statements to the Board of Directors” for the Continuing Board Education (CBE).
Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Cal State Northridge and is also a CPA, a CMA, and a Series 27 Registered Financial Operations Principal.
For more than 30 years, Joel has represented parties in structuring and implementing mergers, acquisitions, and capital events and counsels clients on their business operations and strategies. As co-chair of JMBM's Financial Services Group, Joel has extensive experience representing all types of lenders and specializes in secured loan transactions, creditors' remedies, and loan workouts. In addition to being selected as a "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics and Los Angeles Magazine, Joel was elected as a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers.

Tim co-manages the Los Angeles practice within Aon’s Financial Services Group (FSG), with responsibilities including devising strategies for public and late stage private companies, leading negotiations, constructing policy language, and structuring insurance solutions.He has extensive experience with large complex D&O programs, IPOs, and companies in the technology sector.
Tim holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College.
Josh is an audit partner in KPMG’s Los Angeles office with more than 19 years of experience providing financial statement audits, audits of internal control, performance improvement advisory, and due diligence services. His experience ranges from SEC filings, private financial statements, carve-out financial statements, and successful coordination of large global audits. Josh has extensive international experience in the consumer markets, food and beverage, and industrial products industries.
Ian is an experienced CFO and adviser who has completed more than 50 M&As. He has worked within start-ups, private equity, and public companies, both in the United States and internationally.
A Director of Sales at Radius, Lauri has more than 18 years of experience working for such global professional services firms as PwC, EY, KPMG, and Arthur Andersen.
Lauri holds an advanced certificate in Marketing from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
Mary is a the CFO of Front Porch, a healthcare and human services organization. She began her career with Deloitte and spent 20 years with Mars, Inc. in senior positions, including general management and division CFO roles. Mary has an excellent track record of delivering great results through motivating and leading cross-functional teams. Her broad functional background includes finance, supply chain, general management, sales, marketing, and procurement.
Mary's educational credentials include an MBA, a CPA and a Certified Internal Auditor certification.

Paul Shaw, CPA
With an extensive knowledge of the financial services industry, Paul has held positions at ING Americas, Inc., Bank of America Corporation, Prudential Financial, Inc. and has also worked in public accounting.
Paul is a CPA and a graduate of Baruch College.
Paul Travis, CFO and Partner, LD Funding LLC
Paul has domestic and international experience in the consumer products, food and beverage, grocery, and professional services industries and has held such positions as Controller, VP of Finance, and CFO. Over the years, he has been involved in numerous labor contract negotiations, mergers, and acquisitions, along with sell processes. He has worked in private, PE owned, and large publicly traded companies, including PepsiCo, Dole Food Company, and Walt Disney.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from Western Michigan University and an MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from Michigan State University.

Currently the CFO for LMC Enterprises, John’s career is fueled by a desire to help small-to-middle market companies transform, thrive, and grow. His prior roles include CFO for Trojan Battery Company and Director of Operations Finance for ConAgra Foods, as well as a variety of positions at Mattel, Inc.
John holds an MBA, with an emphasis in Finance, from Boston University's Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Framingham State University.
