John Beall, CFO, EBB Group

Beall_John1_1.jpgJohn has more than 25 years of experience working with public and private equity-backed companies in a variety of senior executive positions.  Overseeing many areas, including accounting, finance, planning, analysis, insurance, risk management, legal, operations, IT, and HR, his roles have ranged from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial and start-up organizations, . He has also developed sales and marketing tools, as well as compensation and incentive plans.

John earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.

Lindsay Hornsby, Practice Director, Randstad Professionals

Lindsay Hornsby, RandstadAs Practice Director for Randstad Professionals, Lindsay oversees the direct hire side of the business. With prior sales and marketing experience, her ambition, dedication, and ability to grasp what the clients and candidates are seeking has made her an asset to her company. 

Lindsay holds a degree in Marketing from Texas State University.


Chris Karl, CFO and Vice President, Global Healthcare Alliance

Chris Karl, CFO, Global Healthcare AllianceCurrently the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Global Healthcare Alliance, Chris is responsible for accounting, IT, and HR. as well as overseeing budgeting and capital planning.  His healthcare experience began in the audit division of Arthur Anderson, where he had the opportunity to work on both large and mid-size hospital engagements. He also worked in the internal control and business development divisions of Hermann Hospital and served as Assistant Controller at TME.

Chris is a CPA and holds a degree from the University of Houston. 

John Light, Regional Managing Director, Randstad Professionals

As the Regional Managing Director at Randstad Professionals, John has more than 12 years of talent acquisition and management experience. In addition to working in  accounting across oil field services and waste management, he spent four years in financial services

Patrick McCullough, CFO, Just Energy

Patrick_McCullough-850541-edited.jpgWith more than 18 years of progressive international experience in senior financial roles, Patrick’s work history includes three Fortune 500 companies and a venture capital startup.  His expertise ranges from strategic planning and business development to international structuring and joint ventures, spanning through Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, India, and the Americas.   Prior to working at Just Energy, Patrick served as CEO for Amonix, CFO at IMI Severe Service, Division CFO for Johns Manville, and Deputy General Manager and CFO with Ford Motor Company.

Todd Randolph, Employee Benefits Consultant, USI

His diverse knowledge of underwriting, financial modeling, and worksite wellness programs has made him a strong proponent of implementing comprehensive strategies, which have proven to be valuable assets for his clients’ employee benefits requirements.

Todd holds a degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. 

Jean-Claude Rolin, CFO, Axens North America

Jean-Claude Rolin, CFO, Axens North AmericaAs the CFO of Axens North America, Inc. Jean Claude directs every aspect of its financial management and operations and has been  involved with the acquisition of several entities and their integration.  Prior, he worked at KPMG in both Belgium and New York City.

Jean-Claude holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Louvain in Belgium and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sharon J. Simandl, Director of Finance - Global IT at WorleyParsons

Sharon Simandl.pngSharon J Simandl, CPA, MBA,  a highly motivated, pro-active and accomplished senior business leader with over 30+ years of experience in all phases of financial, accounting, organizational and operational management with a cost conscious bottom line focus.  Experience in highly competitive, constantly changing environments for both large multi-nationals as well as small growth companies. Action oriented leader with demonstrated strengths in analyzing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems with continual focus on business process reengineering and business partnering.  Strong knowledge in implementing financial reporting systems with an understanding of the IT infrastructure. Lead by example with uncompromising integrity, sincerely caring about mentoring employees and truly believe all of us can be business partners who have an impact.

Sharon’s professional title is Director of Finance – Global IT at WorleyParsons, which specializes in delivering projects, providing expertise in engineering, procurement and construction.  Prior to joining the Global IT organization several months ago, she was the Director of Finance –Services -US West. Her professional goals continue to be ensuring the integrity of the financials, partnering with operations to optimize spending and reducing costs, improving processes and having an impact on the bottom line.

Sharon received her BA Degree from Rutgers College and MBA from Rutgers Grad School of Management. Her hobbies and interests include skiing, tennis and hiking. She is drawn to and passionate about charitable organizations such as the Houston Marathon, various animal societies, Hospice, as well as supporting the Rutgers University Foundation.

Robert (Bob) Wells, CFO

BobWells_New.jpgCurrently serving as the CFO of Quantum Reservoir Impact, Bob's additional roles have included Vice President at both UBS and Bank of America.  He also worked as the CFO for a homebuilder and has vast experience in commercial real estate financing, international commodity trading, and commercial banking.

Bob is a graduate of Brigham Young University and earned his MBA from University of Chicago.

Kevin Wright, Finance Director, SABIC Americas, Inc.

Kevin Wright, Finance Director, SABIC Americas Inc.Prior to working as the Finance Director of SABIC Americas, Kevin spent nearly 20 years with Shell Oil Company and its subsidiaries, moving around the US in a variety of positions.  He also has a wealth of volunteer experience with such organizations as Junior Achievement and The Ronald McDonald House.

Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa.
