Tom Ayotte, CrossCountry Consulting
With almost 25 years of financial and technology consulting experience, Tom has a strong background in growing and leading IT organizations through periods of significant change, evolution, and development. He was also the founder of a firm that specialized in deployment and implementation of PeopleSoft applications across a broad range of industries including financial services, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, and manufacturing. Prior to starting this business, he spent several years with both Ernst and Young and Accenture, where he held leadership roles in their PeopleSoft practices. In addition, Tom served as Associate Vice President of Corporate Financial Systems for the Carlyle Group. He began his career in the audit practice at KPMG and the corporate accounting department at the Marriott.
A Certified Public Accountant, Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond.

Angela Bruno, Fannie Mae
As Senior Director of the CFO team at Fannie Mae, Angela is responsible for providing financial advice and oversight to its business and credit teams, helping them to make informed decisions through focused performance metrics and fact-based analyses. She also supports corporate initiatives, as well as planning and forecasting and ensuring proper application of financial policies. Angela began her career in management consulting at Plante & Moran. She then became a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in the organizational design and change management division and, later, an associate in the executive strategy & solutions practice.
Angela holds a Master of Science degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College School of Public Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration, with a minor in Communications, from Oakland University.
Adam Chud, Goodwin Procter LLP
In addition to serving as a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Business Litigation group, Adam is a member of the firm’s Class Actions & Mass Litigation and Insurance & Risk Management practices. His expertise focuses on complex commercial litigation, as well as class actions and intellectual property for companies in a variety of industries, including insurance and financial services. Adam’s practice also includes business disputes involving contracts, post-closing issues, and other litigated matters. He has substantial trial and arbitration experience, along with a significant background in class actions in the areas of health care, insurance, and consumer finance. In addition, Adam has spent more than a decade representing nonprofit entities.
Aaron Daniels, Cognosante
With more than 32 years of experience in building and transforming companies, Aaron currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cognosante, where he is responsible for executing the company’s mergers and acquisitions, as well as its aggressive growth and rapidly-scalable infrastructure. Prior, Aaron served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Argon ST, Inc. a leading public defense technology company, as well as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of InPhonic, Inc., a venture-backed technology company. He also served in senior finance roles at other Washington,D.C.- based technology and media companies, including The Washington Post Company.
Bobby Hamill, NetSuite
As Account Executive for NetSuite, Bobby works with mid-Atlantic based software companies and consults with their CFOs on business growth through M&A, VC/PE funding, and international expansion. Focusing mainly on his clients’ goals to automate billing, consolidate processes, and eliminate reliance on stale data and manual systems, Bobby serves to advise them on back office strategies. Prior to Netsuite,he helped to run Blaze-In Sportswear, a start-up apparel company, where he led the sales and marketing divisions. He also spent a year working in Beijing for Boston-based Whale Rock Capital Hedge Fund.
Tracy Harris, Independent Consultant
A seasoned finance and operational leader with more than 20 years of progressive corporate and business experience across multiple industries, Tracy served as CFO for the Bondfactor Company, where she developed and scaled up the financial platform, risk management strategy, operating environment, and business processes needed for the successful execution of a startup insurance company. Tracy is a NACD Fellow and an active supporter of cultural and educational endeavors. She is also the Treasurer for National Arts Strategies and was appointed to the Rutgers Business School Advisory Board.
Tracy holds an MBA in Finance from St. Louis University’s John Cook School of Business, a Master’s degree in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels School of Government, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Fontbonne University.
Rory Miller, Host Analytics
With more than 12 years of experience as a Software Account Executive, Rory helps customers to select and implement ERP, Enterprise Project Portfolio Management, and Enterprise Performance Management Solutions to transform their businesses. Prior to Host Analytics, he held positions at Oracle and FinancialForce.
Rajesh Rao, Rapid Advance
As CFO for Rapid Advance, Rajesh is responsible for managing controller, treasury, financial planning, and analysis functions, as well as credit analytics and product strategy. Prior, he had more than 13 years of financial services experience at Capital One, where he held a variety of roles and was responsible for leading the launch of partnership businesses, low income mortgage lending, and mortgage credit analytics. He also worked at Boston Consulting Group as a strategy consultant.
Raj holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Liz Ryan, Morgan Franklin Consulting
With more than 20 years of risk management and regulatory compliance experience, Liz serves as a director at Morgan Franklin Consulting. Prior, she spent 15 years with Deloitte, most recently as a partner in the enterprise risk services division. Liz has also served clients across the media, technology, manufacturing and financial services industries and has advised global clients on developing and implementing sustainable regulatory compliance programs. In addition, Liz is skilled in assessing risk and defining opportunities to strengthen processes and controls. Her expertise includes maximizing company performance and transforming the way that businesses address and evaluate technology risk.
Liz is a CPA, licensed in the state of Virginia, and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
Sam Peterson, Randstad Professionals

Gayatri Saxena, Dumbarton Oaks, Harvard Board of Trustees
Gayatri is the Director of Finance at Dumbarton Oaks, Trustees for Harvard University, where she manages endowment expenses and strategizes long term sustainability. She also oversees the organization’s budget, forecasting, revenue, and expenses and is responsible for managing accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable. Her prior experience was at Comcast and NBC as Controller for NBC Sports Network.
In addition to being a CPA, Gayatri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Delhi University, a master’s degree in Communication Research from the Philippines, and a master’s degree in International Relations from Rutgers University.
