Andrew Cherry, Managing Director, KPMG
As Managing Director in the tax practice of KPMG’s Philadelphia office, Andrew advises clients on transactional tax planning, compliance, and accounting methods,as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service at the examination and appeals level. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Alliance For Capital and Technology and the Philadelphia/Israel Chamber of Commerce and is the Board Co-Chair for the Enterprise Center of West Philadelphia. He is also on the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, a member of the Advisory Board to the School of Business Administration at Philadelphia University, a judge in the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School Business Plan Competition, and a coach for emerging growth companies in the Dream It Program.
Linda Cozzi, CFO, The Philadelphia Cricket Club
Linda has more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience in various fields, including hospitality, consumer manufacturing, and non-profits. She is currently the CFO of the Philadelphia Cricket Club, Inc.,where she has been responsible for securing $17 million in debt financing, developing a forecasting and budgeting tool, and improving the audit process. Prior, she served as the CFO for the Cherokee Town & Country Club, Inc., Assistant Controller for the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, and Director of Finance for the Druid Hills Golf Club. She has also held various postions with the Georgia Chapter of Hospitality Finance & Technology Professionals, including President and Secretary.
Linda holds both an MBA, with a concentration in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Corey Crawford, Vice President of Finance, CloudMine
With an established track record of leading small companies through rapid growth towards success, Corey currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at CloudMine, where she manages all aspects of finance and accounting. Prior, she worked at Artisan Mobile, a technology start-up, and FierceMarkets, an online media start-up. Corey excels in financial modeling and data analysis and has a knack for foreseeing problems with a big picture perspective and developing strategic solutions.

David Duch, Regional Director of Strategic Sales, Randstad Professionals|
As Regional Director of Strategic Sales for Randstad Professionals|Tatum, Dave is responsible for the development and growth of large accounts and is instrumental in the growth and development of the Delaware Valley region. With more than 15 years of industry experience, he has earned recognition for establishing many of Randstad’s largest customers.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree from East Stroudsburg University.
Anuj Goswami, Partner, Ballard Spahr LLP
Anuj is a partner at Ballard Spahr LLP, where he represents financial institutions and borrowers by structuring, documenting, and negotiating transactions, as well as consulting on senior and subordinated debt facilities, used to finance leveraged buyouts and acquisitions.
Anuj holds a J.D. and an MBA from Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Haverford College.
Jeffrey (Jeff) Mack, Executive Managing Director, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank
A senior leader in Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Philadelphia operation, Jeff has been a significant member of the Philadelphia commercial brokerage community since 1979. He is the co-founder of Smith Mack & Co, which was later acquired by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Jeff has also served as the Chairman of the Philadelphia Board of Realtors and continues to lease and sell more suburban office space than any other individual agent.
Jeff McLaughlin, Partner, KPMG LLP
Jeff is a Partner at KPMG LLP and brings more than 30 years of experience serving public and privately held consumer and industrial market companies. During his career, he has had significant experience with mergers and acquisitions, as well as internal control assessments, initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and registered debt offerings. As a designated IFRS reviewing partner for many international clients, Jeff provides advice on the application of complex U.S. accounting principles. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania.
Jeff McGroarty, CFO, Safeguard Scientifics, Inc.
As the CFO for Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., Jeff is responsible for the management of accounting, financial operations, SEC reporting, and tax functions, as well as human resources. In addition, he provides guidance to Safeguard’s partner companies on accounting operations, valuations, internal controls, and tax issues. Prior, Jeff was interim controller at Cephalon, Inc. and Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Exide Technologies. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
A Certified Public Accountant, Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University and his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Phillip Pacey, CFO, Expert Janitorial, LLC
Serving as the CFO of Expert Janitorial, LLC., Phillip is responsible the management of accounting, tax, treasury, human resources, information technology, sales analyses, and audit functions. Prior, he was the CFO of several leading furniture manufacturers, including Berkline/Benchcraft and O’Sullivan Industries Holdings.
Phillip is a Certified Public Accountant and also holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV). He earned his BSBA and Masters of Accounting degrees from the University of Florida.
Mark Quinn, CFO, Advertising Specialty Institute
Mark is the CFO for Advertising Specialty Institute, where he oversees the finance operations and works with the company’s senior leaders to analyze the performance of company units and streamline operations.He also provides strategy and direction for creating a consistent, timely, and accurate fiscal reporting structure. Prior, he was Vice President and CFO of Content Data Solutions and served in various financial and operational roles at CONRAIL.
A Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University.
Jack Reick, Commercial Accounts Leader and Resident Sales Director, Aon
As the Commercial Accounts Leader and Resident Sales Director for Aon, Jack is dedicated to understanding the needs and priorities of clients, connecting them to the company's unmatched global resources and expertise, and recommending optimal solutions to empower their growth. He began his career with a global insurance carrier and has helped clients by negotiating substantial claim settlements, implementing behavior-changing and cost-reducing loss control strategies, designing and negotiating domestic and global insurance programs, and conducting risk identification and quantification projects.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursinus College and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University.
Dennis Rubisch, Principal, Sweat ManagementDennis currently leads the finance and accounting for a regional chain of fitness clubs in the greater Philadelphia area. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations for GlobalFit, and joined Global Sports in its startup phase. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. and has held financial management positions with companies in retail, wholesale, and distribution, as well as the casino and banking industries.
A graduate of LaSalle University, Dennis holds a CPA license in Pennsylvania, as well as a CGMA designation.
John Vestri, Chief Operating Officer, VideoRay, LLC
As the Chief Operating Officer at VideoRay, LLC, John is responsible for strategic corporate planning, implementation, and finance, as well as day to day P&L oversight and execution. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Compute Intensive and held various positions in manufacturing and operations management, with such firms as Parker Hannifin, Hughes Aircraft, and Ancra International. In addition, he was the founder of an innovative and pioneering custom car company that specialized in resto-mod Corvettes
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Chapman University .
Sue Vestri, CFO, Greenphire Inc.
With more than 25 years of operating and financial experience in venture backed, private equity held, and public companies, Sue is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Greenphire Inc., responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, audit, tax, human resources, operations, and administration. Throughout her career, she has led finance and accounting teams in both publicly traded and private companies and has participated in more than $30m in capital raises, as well as a number of mergers, acquisitions, and an IPO. She began her career with Coldwell Banker.
Sue earned her BBA degree in Accounting from Temple University.
