Jon has been a CFO for more than 23 years. Currently, he is a partner at CFO Performance Partners, serving consumer, food, and beverage companies. He also serves as member of the Board of Directors of KeVita, Inc., a sparkling probiotics beverage company, where he provides both tactical and strategic guidance. In the past he has helped several food and beverage companies grow profitably, including Happy Family Brands , Apple & Eve, Sensible Portions and Beefeaters. Working with four different private equity funds, he has completed three very successful exits for entrepreneurs and private equity owners.

As the CFO and Head of Business Development at Comcast Ventures, Kim oversees finance, operations, administration, and new business development. Prior, she was the CFO and Senior Vice President of Business Development for VERSUS, as well as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Planning Operations for ESPN,Inc. She was also responsible for launching the finance and strategy operations for ESPN and ABC Internet brands.
Kim holds an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
Christina Calvaneso, Senior Vice President of Finance & Business Operations, Eyeview
Christina is the Senior Vice President of Finance & Business Operations for Eyeview, a market leader in performance video solutions, where she oversees financial strategy, planning, and business operations. She began her career at General Electric's Financial Management Program and also held postions at Deloitte Consulting's Strategy and Operations group, Criteo, and Rent the Runway.
Christina graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BBA from UMass Amherst's Honors Program.
Kenneth (Ken) Dutcher, EVP - Legal, HR & Chief Financial Officer, HealthSTAR Communications
With more than 15 years of experience as a CFO, Ken is responsible for all executive compensation at HealthSTAR and, as part of a small Operating Committee, develops and implements the overall company strategy. Prior, he was the Global CFO of Edelman and the North American CFO of Havas. He also served as Assistant Treasurer, both domestic and international, for several large multi-national companies, including Colgate Palmolive and McCann-Erickson.
Chris Gardiner, Director, Metro New York, Radius Worldwide
Christopher serves as the Director for the metro New York region of Radius Worldwide, where he works with clients to expand their international operations and manage their overseas global accounting and administration functions. Prior to joining Radius, he served as Senior Representative of the British Consulate-General in New York, where he directed business development efforts in North America. Christopher also led the start-up of the Lloyds Banking Group Wealth & International USA division in the northeast and held previous positions with Lloyds TSB, GlaxoSmithkline, and British Airways in the U.K.
Christopher holds a Bachelors degree in Business, with honors, from Bournemouth University.
Ben Golden, Chief Financial Officer, Novantas

With more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur working with start-ups in the venture capital, investment management, hedge fund, media, and entertainment industries, Annette services companies that need interim and part time CFOs. Prior, she was the CFO of the New Museum of Contemporary Art, Parkwood Entertainment, and Playtime Entertainment, as well as the Managing Partner of Brownstone Financial.
Annette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also received an Executive Education Certificate in Finance, Accounting, Leadership, and Marketing from the Amos Tuck School of Dartmouth.
Responsible for driving strategy to better serve NetSuite's customers, partners, and product, Chris has also held positions in SAAS software sales, management, and professional services consulting. He started his career as a business analyst.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Connecticut College and a MBA from the Langone Program at New York University' Stern School of Business.
A CFO with extensive experience in middle market, early stage, and pre-IPO companies, Harry has engineered financial turn-arounds of three companies, restoring them to healthy cash-flow and profitability. His industry specialties are media, social media, entertainment, e-commerce, publishing, advertising, marketing, public relations, technology, and professional service industries.
Harry holds an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business, a JD from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Toronto.
Responsible for handling financial insurance products for a large client group, James specializes in directors' and officers' insurance, errors and omissions, and employment practice liability. Prior to joining Aon, he was a senior member of Nasdaq's insurance group, Carpenter Moore, and also worked for Zurich Insurance and at the law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman, and Dicker. In addition, James served as a New York City prosecutor.
Concentrating on start-up, general corporate, M&A, and securities law matters, Daniel represents public and private companies in a variety of industries and has experience advising companies through every state of the corporate life cycle - from entity selection and initial financing through successful initial public offering or acquisition. Spearheading KPMG's market development efforts, Jaime actively provides guidance for many emerging technology companies and maintains strong relationships with entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and service providers in the ecosystem. Prior to KPMG, he also held positions at Square 1 Bank, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Paperboy Ventures.
Jaime holds an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University.
Serving as the leader of KPMG's Venture Capital Practice and Private Markets Group in metro New York, Sal is responsible for cross functional business development, as well as the overall quality of service provided to KPMG's portfolio of venture-backed and private clients. Through this role, he serves on the management committee of KPMG's New York office. In addition, with more than 19 years of experience providing financial statement and internal control audit services, Sal is an Audit Partner in KPMG's metro practice.
Adam Millsom, Director, Silicon Valley Bank
As the Director of Silicon Valley Bank’s New York City Growth Team, Adam is responsible for managing banking relationships and providing debt financing to companies in New York, northern New Jersey, and Connecticut, ranging from $10 million to $75 million in revenue. He began his career at Bank of America, working with business banking and middle market lending teams.

Matthew Novick, CFO, PlaceIQ
With more than 10 years of advertising and marketing technology experience, Matthew is currently the CFO of PlaceIQ and has also served in this role at Persado and Magnetic Media. He got his advertising start in both the finance and sales operations organizations at AOL. In his spare time, he works as a part-time operations manager for his family furniture business.
Matthew holds an MBA in Finance from NYU's Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from George Washington University.
The Vice President of Product Marketing at Host Analytics, John has more than 30 years of experience in the software industry, including 16 years in EPM Product Marketing at Hyperion Solutions and Oracle. He has worked with many customers and partners on financial reporting and planning initiatives and has spoken and written on many topics in enterprise performance management. In addition, John has held positions in strategic marketing and product marketing at Dun & Bradstreet Software, Kenan Systems, and Decisyon.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from Boston College.
As the COO and CFO of Chloe + Isabel, a jewelry and lifestyle brand that is empowering the next generation of women entrepreneurs, Christine oversees business operations, financial planning, strategy, and human resources. Prior, she was a Vice President at Shamrock Capital Advisors and also served on the board of directors of MarketCast and K2 Towers. She began her career in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse First Boston.

Anthony Rosen, CFO and VP of Human Resources, Adore Me
Currently the CFO and VP of Human Resources at Adore Me, a vertically integrated e-commerce women's lingerie brand, Anthony has also specialized in financial restructuring and operational turnaround of underperforming businesses, working with leading private equity firms to transform their portfolio companies.
Chris Shaw, Regional Partner - Private Equity Services, Tatum
In his role as Regional Partner – Private Equity Services, Chris Shaw is responsible for maximizing prospective portfolio companies and building relationships with private equity groups in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
Chris brings 16 years of financial experience, having worked on both the sell-side and buy-side of private equity and investment management. Most recently, Chris served as managing director at Oberon Securities, where he examined and identified high growth investment opportunities and worked with client management throughout the capital raise process.
In previous roles, Chris worked as a senior investment banker at Middlebury Securities, and investment manager of the structured finance group at Viking Asset Management. He has vast experience in new business origination and private placement capital markets. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.
Prior to her current position heading Silicon Valley Bank's New York City late stage technology lending team, Melissa also completed BayBank's formal credit training program and worked as an analyst for the bank's Not-for-Profit, Private Banking, and Corporate teams.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, summa cum laude, from Smith College and an MBA, summa cum laude, from Babson College's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
With more than 25 years of experience in general management, finance, operations, and strategic branding, Gretchen is currently the COO of LittleThings.com, a lifestyle website. She has also worked for Maxim, StyleCaster, Hearst Business Media, ESPN, WorkingWomanNetwork, and Inc.
Gretchen holds an MBA in Finance and Management from NYU, where she was a Stern scholar, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, where she was an Echols scholar and a Lawn Resident.
