Dawn Adams, CFO, JAX Chamber and President, JAX Chamber Foundation
With more than 20 years of non-profit experience, Dawn is the CFO for the JAX Chamber and President of the JAX Chamber Foundation. She currently serves on the board of the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals (FACP) as Northeast Florida Chair.
Dawn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of Central Florida and is a graduate of the University of Georgia's U.S. Chamber Institute for Organization Management's four year program.
Debbie Buckland, Jacksonville Market President, Branch Banking & Trust
Named a Woman of Influence by the Jacksonville Business Journal, Debbie currently serves as the Market President for Branch Banking & Trust Company (BB&T). She is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville and also received special recognition from the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women. In addition to being a member of Wolfson Children’s Hospital Women’s Board, Jacksonville Women’s Network, and Women’s Giving Alliance, Debbie currently serves on the Campaign Cabinet for the United Way of Northeast Florida and is a past chair for both the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center and the American Cancer Society.

Thresa Giles, Chief Business Officer, PACE Center for Girls
A finance and operations professional with more than 17 years of experience, Thresa currently serves as the Chief Business Officer (CBO) for PACE Center for Girls, leading and overseeing information technology, finance, risk management, facilities, and business intelligence. Prior, she was the Senior Vice President of Finance for Edison Learning and also served as a speaker and trainer for the annual Edison Leadership Conference. Thresa recently completed the Wharton School of Business Strategic CFO Executive Program.
Charles Jimerson, Founder and Partner, Jimerson & Cobb, P.A.
The founder of Jimerson & Cobb, P.A., Charles represents various corporations, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, and businesses in areas ranging from commercial contract disputes and torts to real estate, construction, bankruptcy, and foreclosure proceedings. An expert in construction law, he has been recognized by the Florida Bar for having the highest standards of skills, specialty knowledge, proficiency, professionalism, and ethics. Prior, Charles worked with various Jacksonville-based law firms and also served as an active duty combat meteorologist in the United States Air Force, where he participated in various worldwide operational missions and earned Airman of the Year. He has also been recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal in the categories of Ultimate Attorneys, 40 under 40, and Veterans of Influence.
A graduate of the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business at Campbell University, Charles also received a professional certification in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida's Levin College of Law.
Nan Kreamer, Founder and President, Avenue CFO Services
Nan is the Founder and President of Avenue CFO Services, a consulting firm that services small and middle market companies in northeast Florida. Prior, she served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Controller for various companies ranging from $2 billion in sales to startups and not-for-profit organizations. Nan started her career at Price Waterhouse and, since then, has been instrumental in shaping global financial management organizations, assisting teams in growing businesses, creating infrastructure, and securing debt facilities.
Nan holds an MBA from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and is a licensed New York CPA
Case Olszewski, Account Executive, NetSuite
As Account Executive at NetSuite, Case specializes in growing software companies in the southeast, helping them to optimize their business management processes through integrated platforms for accounting, revenue recognition, complex billing, subscriptions management, professional services automation, and human resources.
Eric Martinez, Office Managing Partner- Assurance, BDO
With more than 28 years of experience working with publicly traded and privately held companies, Eric leads BDO’s Assurance practice in Jacksonville and is responsible for developing the underlying strategic plan and driving operations. He also serves as a technical resource for the office’s numerous assurance engagements and manages all aspects of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and process improvement, including project management, risk assessments, process documentation and evaluation, key control testing, evaluation of deficiencies, and control remediation. His international experience includes operations in Sweden, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Canada.
Kathie May, Former Jacksonville Construction CFO
In addition to her former role as the CFO for a Jacksonville construction business, Kathie was responsible for global internal audit at Arizona Chemical Company, where she led the North American Shared Services division and served as Finance Partner to the Vice President of Human Resources. Her expertise includes all facets of general ledger, FP&A, and SEC reporting at public companies.
Kathie is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Towson University.
James Metzger, CFO, Tax Defense Network
Jim is the CFO of Tax Defense Network, assisting clients to win against the IRS and end tax debt problems. He is responsible for managing all aspects of finance and accounting, as well as human resources, legal issues, information technology, administration, and operations. Prior, Jim was the CFO of Astadia, the Senior Vice President and CFO of TransCare, and the Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Operations and CFO for the TM Forum.
Gina Polseno, CFO, D.S. Ware Homes
Gina is the CFO for D.S. Ware Homes, a northeast Florida semi-custom homebuilder. With more than 25 years of experience, she has successfully managed all aspects of finance, accounting, operations, purchasing, information technology, and human resources. She began her career in the manufacturing and service industries and, prior to joining D.S. Ware Homes, she worked for a Fortune 500 residential homebuilder and a heavy industrial construction company.
Gina is a graduate of Bryant University.
Jamie Thomas, Regional Director of Marketing, BDO
With more than 19 years of experience in marketing professional services firms, Jamie leads BDO in their growth by directing client services, marketing, and business development efforts. Working with the company's leaders to ensure premier, proactive client service, she identifies and develops new industry and service niches and facilitates support of local community organizations. Jamie is also responsible for driving the firm’s branding and communications efforts, providing marketing consulting services, and mentoring the organization's future leaders.
