David Damiani, CFO and Founding Partner, Balentine
As CFO and Founding Partner of Balentine, David oversees all financial and administrative aspects of the firm and serves on its Management Committee. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, he is also a course instructor for the Atlanta Society of Finance and Investment Professionals and a guest lecturer at the University of Georgia. In addition, his innovative views on liquidity management have been recognized by the CFA Institute.
David holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Science degree from Georgia State University.

Stacy Henry, CFO, Big Nerd Ranch,
Stacy is the CFO of Big Nerd Ranch, a company that develops custom mobile applications for clients, teaches immersive development classes, and writes best-selling books on mobile application development. Prior, she worked as an auditor for Arthur Andersen, a controller for a photography retailer, and a high school teacher. Stacy is a CPA and loves being a hands-on CFO for a growing technology company.
Wendy Johansson, CFO, Engent
As CFO for Engent, Wendy is responsible for the management of the business unit's financial health and supports the strategic direction required for growth in both new and existing markets. She brings a strong skillset in evaluating, structuring, and closing new corporate ventures, as well as effectively handling business integrations. Her background includes more than 20 years of accounting experience in diversified industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and engineering services. In addition to her CFO experience, Wendy has familiarity with international, private equity, venture capital, and closely held ownership structures.
John Kahn, CFO, CFO Advisory Services
I am an accomplished CFO and financial leader with deep international and private equity portfolio company experience. I have managed acquisitions and divestitures (including carve-outs) and achieved over 50% IRR for private equity investors from a successful sale. I like to operate as a strategic partner / sounding board to the CEO / senior team, am flexible, hands-on, have good attention to detail and am highly networked. I block and tackle well (have created many 13-week cash forecasts) and am also adept at negotiating and working with investors, bankers and analysts. I enjoy improving financial performance and helping hit home runs. I have experience managing banking relationships, finance organizations, legal, HR, investor relations, IT and international expansion.

Eric has a general corporate law practice and is often consulted on the formation of business entities, as well as the negotiation and preparation of agreements and contracts. He has extensive experience in the representation of commercial landlords and tenants, including matters relating to the operation and management of properties and the negotiation of leases involving office, retail, industrial, and mixed use projects. Eric also represents both publicly and privately held businesses, in stock, asset, and merger transactions, many involving complex pricing, earn-out, and financing structures.

Sandy Petty, Vice President, Fifth Third Bank
Sandy is a financial executive with more than 20 years of experience, ranging from public accounting and SOX consulting to controllership and finance. Her career in public accounting includes Coopers & Lybrand, Deloitte, and McGladrey. Her experience in the private sector spans the spectrum of financial management and includes policy and procedure development, process improvement, systems implementation, financial risk assessment, financial analysis, technical accounting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Sandy is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. She is also a member of the AICPA and the Georgia Society of Public Accountants. Additional credentials include Professional in Human Resources, as well as the new SHRM-CP. Sandy is a member of both the national and local Atlanta Chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management.
